Slavko Vincic will referee at the for the second time in this season's .
Almost seven months after the Gunners beat PSG in north London during the league phase, Vincic will officiate their semi-final first leg. Assistant referees Andraz Kovacic and Tomaz Klancnik will also be involved again, as they were on matchday two.
Much like that previous meeting, all but one of the officials are from Slovenia. Matej Jug is the fourth official, with Alen Borosak as the video assistant referee and Dennis Higler of the Netherlands as the assistant video assistant referee.

Vincic also refereed the last time they played in the semi-finals of a competition. Four years ago, he officiated the second leg of their tie with 's Villarreal when they drew 0-0 at the Emirates Stadium to lose 2-1 on aggregate.
However, the fact he oversaw an Arsenal win when the two sides met earlier in the season could be seen as a good omen for Mikel Arteta's men. The referee has also been in charge of another PSG match, a 3-0 win over in Paris during the group stages last season. Vincic then officiated the final between and at .
That honour came two years after refereeing the final when Eintracht Frankfurt won via a penalty shootout against . Now, though, he solely officiates Champions League matches, with this semi-final first leg set to be his 11th of the campaign.
Vincic has also notably been in charge of matches across five domestic leagues this season. As well as regularly officiating in Slovenia, he has refereed select matches in Greece, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates.
Those games have included Al-Ahli vs Al-Hilal in the Saudi Pro League and the Intercontinental Derby between Galatasaray and Fenerbahce. Vincic has also refereed Panathinaikos fixtures against Olympiacos and PAOK.
During international breaks, he has also officiated matches between Germany and the Netherlands, plus Italy versus France. Then, last month, he was in the middle when Denmark and Portugal played the second leg of their quarter-final tie in the competition's finals.
