Bank of Maharashtra Recruitment 2025: There is good news for the youth dreaming of making a career in the banking sector. Bank of Maharashtra has announced recruitment for 500 posts of General Officer (Scale II). The application process has started online, which will run till 30 August 2025. Interested candidates can apply by visiting the official website of the bank, bankofmaharashtra.in. The application process has started from 13 August itself.
What should be the qualification?
The candidate should have a graduation degree with at least 60% marks from any recognized university. If you are from the SC/ST/OBC/PwBD category, then you can apply even if you have 55% marks. Apart from this, if you are a Chartered Accountant (CA), you can also apply. Those holding a CMA, CFA, ICWA, JAIIB, or CAIIB degree will be given preference.
To apply, at least 3 years of officer experience in any government or private bank is required. Those having experience in credit, branch management, or any leadership role will get preference.
The age of the candidate should be between 22 and 35 years. As per government rules, reserved categories will get age relaxation.

Click on New Registration and fill in the basic information.
Upload photo, signature, and certificates.

How much is the application fee?
Rs 1,180 for General, EWS, and OBC categories.
Rs 118 for SC/ST/PwBD category.
How will the selection be done, and how much salary will be given?
Applicants will be selected through written examination, group discussion, and interview. The selected candidate will get a basic salary between Rs 64,820 and Rs 93,960. Apart from this, dearness allowance (DA), house rent allowance (HRA), city compensatory allowance (CCA) and medical benefits will also be given.
