BIS Admit Card 2024: The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) has released the admit card for recruitment to Group A, B, and C posts, candidates who have applied for this exam can now download the admit card by visiting the official website (). The recruitment exam will be conducted from November 19 to November 21 at examination centers at 49 locations across the country.
This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 345 posts in Groups A, B, and C, which include various posts including Assistant Director, Personal Assistant, Assistant Section Officer (ASO), Assistant, Stenographer, Senior Secretariat Assistant, Junior Secretariat Assistant, Technical Assistant (Laboratory), Technician and Senior Technician.
Exam Pattern
The online exam will consist of 150 questions, each carrying 1 mark. The duration of the exam is 120 minutes. The question paper will be bilingual except for the English language test. Only one of the five answers to a question will be correct. Negative marking will be done for every wrong answer marked.
Exam Dates
The exam will be held on November 19 and 21, 2024. On November 19, the exam will be held for Assistant Section Officer in Shift 1 from 8.30 am to 10.30 am, for Junior Secretariat Assistant and Personal Assistant in Shift 2 from 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm, and for Technical Assistant, Stenographer and Assistant in Shift 3 from 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm. On November 21, the exam will be held for Senior Secretariat Assistant, Assistant Director, and Senior Technician in Shift 3 from 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm.
How to download the admit card
First of all, candidates visit the official website of BIS (bis.gov.in). Click on the link "Downloading Admit Card for Various Group A, B & C Posts Advertisement No. 01/2024" under the "What's New" section available on the homepage.
On the newly opened page, click on the link of the BIS 2024 Call Letter and enter your credentials like the registration number and password.
Now click on the login button and your BIS Admit Card will appear on the screen.
After this download the admit card and take a printout for future reference.
