Odysse Electric has launched new Evoqis Lite faired electric bike in the Indian market priced at Rs 1.18 lakh (ex-showroom). This new model presents a more affordable alternative to the original Evoqis, aimed at riders who want a sleek, sporty look and electric mobility . The bike is offered in five colour options - Cobalt Blue, Fire Red, Lime Green, Magna White and Black. Interested customers can book the e-bike online by visiting company’s official website.
Talking about the battery and e-motor, the company has not mentioned the battery capacity . The bike runs on a 60V battery—though the amperage remains unspecified, which drives a rear hub electric motor capable of reaching a top speed of 75 km/h. According to Odysse, it offers a claimed range of 90 km on a full charge. Features include keyless ignition , ride modes, motor Cut-off Switch, anti-theft lock and interestingly also gets dual disc brake setup at the front and a single disc at the rear.
The company says that the Odysse Evoqis Lite is India’s most affordable electric sports bike . In terms of design, it closely resembles the Kawasaki Ninja 300 , particularly in the Lime Green variant. Few design highlights front include twin headlamps, a clear windscreen, side mirrors integrated into the front fairing, fairing-mounted turn signals, clip-on handlebars, a split seat layout with an elevated pillion section, tail lights embedded and more.
Other sporty elements include, Autobots emblem on the front fairing between the dual headlights and the clip-on handlebars feature thick grips, with red-colored bar ends and also Speed Master graphic displayed on the lower section of the fairing.
