Her X post read, "The terrorist attack on tourists in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir was a cowardly act. The death of 30 people and the injury of several others in this attack have deeply shaken us. Sharmila wrote that it was painful to know that three of the people who died in the attack were from Telugu-speaking states. She urged the central and state governments to support the families of the deceased.
"It is very sad that three Telugus were among the deceased in this attack. The Central and State Governments should stand by the families of the deceased in every possible way.
