This year, a total of 54,38,597 students registered for the UP Board Exams 2025, including 27,40,151 candidates for Class 10. To pass, students must secure at least 33% marks in each subject.
In 2024, the pass percentage for Class 10 was 89.55%, while 82.60% of Class 12 students cleared the exams. Girls continued to outperform boys, with a pass rate of 88.42% compared to 77.78% for boys.
