Hyundai Motor India has officially launched the 2025 facelift of its popular compact SUV, the Venue. The carmaker has also announced Venue N Line. Bookings for the new-generation Venue are already open, with a token amount of Rs 25,000. Interested buyers can reserve their SUV at authorized Hyundai dealerships or through the Hyundai India website. Deliveries are expected to begin after November 15.
According to the carmaker, the SUV will be exclusively manufactured in India and sold domestically, with exports planned to over 30 international markets. The 2025 Venue also marks the first of 26 new models Hyundai intends to launch in India by FY2030.
Design
The 2025 Hyundai Venue gets a major design overhaul. Built on Hyundai’s global K1 platform, the new Venue features a super-strong body structure with extensive use of high-grade steel, ensuring superior rigidity and crash protection. The front features a split headlamp setup with C-shaped LED DRLs, a wider dark chrome grille, and a sculpted bumper for a bolder stance.
In terms of size, the new Venue now measures 3,995 mm in length, 1,800 mm in width, 1,665 mm in height, and has a 2,520 mm wheelbase — making it 48 mm taller and 30 mm wider than its predecessor.
Exterior highlights include bridge-type roof rails, an in-glass VENUE badge, muscular wheel arches, and redesigned 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels.
Interior and Features
Inside, the 2025 Venue debuts a dual 12.3-inch curved panoramic display that integrates the infotainment system with the digital driver’s cluster. The cabin is finished in a dual-tone navy and dove grey theme, complemented by Moon White ambient lighting.
Other highlights include:
Electric 4-way adjustable driver seat (with ventilation)
2-step reclining rear seats
Rear AC vents and window sunshades
Voice-enabled electric sunroof
Blind Spot View Monitor
Hyundai’s new Connected Car Navigation Cockpit (ccNC) system, powered by NVIDIA, makes its debut in the SUV, along with a Bose 8-speaker premium sound system. The Venue now supports Over-the-Air (OTA) updates for up to 20 controllers, plus 70+ connected car features and 400+ voice commands in five languages including Hindi, English, and Tamil.
The 2025 Hyundai Venue now comes equipped with a Level 2 ADAS suite, replacing the outgoing model’s Level 1 system. The updated Venue offers 16 advanced driver-assistance features, while the Venue N Line variant boasts an extended set of 21 ADAS features for enhanced safety and convenience.
Engines and Performance
The powertrain options remain unchanged:
1.2-litre NA petrol (83hp, 113Nm) – Manual only
1.0-litre turbo-petrol (120hp, 172Nm) – Manual / 7-speed DCT
1.5-litre diesel (116hp, 250Nm) – Manual / New torque converter automatic
This marks the first time the diesel variant will be offered with a torque converter automatic gearbox.
