Even if you follow the traffic rules properly, you can still get a traffic challan. Are you surprised how? To catch the rule breakers, the government has installed cameras at various places on the roadside which keep a close watch on your every activity, and as soon as you make even a small mistake, the camera immediately issues you a challan.

Many times it has been seen that the camera issues a challenge even after following the traffic rules properly, but why does this happen? Today we are going to give information about this and will also explain how you can avoid it.
When you drive a car wearing a black T-shirt or shirt and wear a seat belt over it, the camera is unable to understand whether you have worn a seat belt while driving or not. If a traffic police officer stops you, he will see that you have worn a seat belt over a black shirt/T-shirt, then you will not have any problem, but how will you explain it to the camera? The camera will issue a challan and hand it over to you.
Under which section of the Motor Vehicle Act is the challan issued?
If the camera clicks your photo and issues a challan for not wearing a seat belt, it means that you will have to pay a challan under section 194B of the Motor Vehicle Act. In Delhi, a challan of Rs 1000 is issued for the first mistake under this section. If you repeat the same mistake, you will have to pay Rs 1000 every time.
How to avoid this problem?
The question here is whether car manufacturing companies should change the color of the seat belt so that people can wear black shirts/T-shirts. Or people should stop wearing black shirts or T-shirts while driving a car.

Traffic Challan Check
To easily find out from home whether you have also been issued a traffic challan or not, you will have to go to https://echallan.parivahan.gov.in/index/accused-challan. After this, this can be found through all three methods. Note that to find out the challan, you must have the number that is registered in the RTO because after filling in the details, an OTP will come. As soon as you enter the OTP, you will know whether the challan has been issued or not.
