Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): The school education department of Madhya Pradesh will felicitate 14 teachers at a state-level ceremony here on the occasion of Teacher’s Day - September 5 - for their outstanding contributions in the field of education.
Awardees will receive a cash prize of Rs 25 000. The awardees include eight teachers of primary and middle school category (classes 1 to 8) and six teachers from the secondary and higher secondary school category (classes 9 to 12).
Besides, two teachers from Madhya Pradesh who have received the National Teacher Award 2024 will also be felicitated with Rs 5,000 on the occasion.
