'How can we trust America after Israel's attack', said Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi

Speaking to the media in Istanbul, Araghchi said that he will use this opportunity to make the innocent and right voice of the Iranian people heard. The Iranian Foreign Minister plans to meet Erdogan.

Iran Israel War:  The war between Iran and Israel continues. There is no agreement between the two sides regarding ceasefire yet. In such a situation, Iran's Foreign Minister said that Iran does not know how it can trust America after the Israeli attack.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi accused Washington of betraying diplomacy during an interview with NBC News on Friday (June 20, 2025). Araghchi said US officials should show their determination to negotiate a solution.

 

 

'American talks were a cover for the Israelis'

Iran's foreign minister said he was unsure about trusting the US in peace talks. He said President Donald Trump's talks were a cover for Israeli attacks on his country. He said we have come to the conclusion that the talks conducted by the US were actually a cover for the actions of the Israelis.

 

Araghchi arrived in Türkiye on Friday night to attend a meeting of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, a 57-nation group that represents the collective voice of Muslims around the world.

Speaking to Iranian media in Istanbul, Araghchi said he would make full use of this opportunity to make the innocent and right voice of the Iranian people heard. The minister said he also plans to meet Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and other officials.

'Israel is attacking with the support of America' 

Warning America yesterday, Iran's Deputy Ambassador Mohammad Javed Hussaini said that this is a conflict between Israel and Iran. In such a situation, the involvement of any third party will increase the complexity. He said that who gave America the right to set a deadline that it is saying such things. We do not trust America, because Israel is taking such action with the support of America.
