star Ella Rae Wise has confirmed she has split from Dan Edgar, prompting fans to predict a romance between two housemates. After spotting a 'huge clue' during Monday night's launch show, fans are convinced Ella could find love in the house, just hours after she confirmed her split with co-star .

The Essex born reality star expressed her sadness as she confirmed her split with star Dan just hours before entering the house.

“We are not together. And it's really, really sad that we're not together. We split up a week ago," she told. “It has nothing to do with . It was a decision that I had to make because I didn't feel that we were getting things that we wanted out of each other." The 24-year-old then revealed that 34-year-old Dan was "very set in his ways," and she can't expect him to change. "It's just not enough for me," she said, speaking on "what he gives in a relationship".

Now, fans think Ella could form another connection in the house, with star Chris Hughes. Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan penned: "The way they put the camera straight on Chris when Ella came in they want a showmance chile not subtle at all."

A second agreed: "The camera IMMEDIATELY panning to Chris when Ella walked in lmao. They know what they're doing," while a third said: "Chris seeing Ella walk in the house. He’s going to go for her, isn’t he?! ".

"Calling it now Chris and Ella are gonna have a showmance I can just see it ," echoed another.

Chris, who reached the 2017 Love Island final with revealed he was looking forward to getting to know new people in the house.

"I'm looking forward to the fact that it’s very much an unknown, to meeting new people, getting to spend time with people who are from very different environments to myself and the whole social experiment behind it - the whole Big Brother experience, really," he said.

Ella agreed, as she said: "I think the most I'm looking forward to has to be meeting and getting to know new people and learning new things about myself and others, as well and being out of my comfort zone and under pressure, weirdly because I deal with pressure really well.

"I'm quite relaxed but it might be a bit different being in a house with loads of people that I normally wouldn't spend time with, or know in normal day to day life."
