Oleksandr Usyk has split from his long-time promoter just weeks before he takes on Daniel Dubois.
Usyk will attempt to become a two-time undisputed heavyweight world champion when he faces Dubois at Wembley on July 19. The Ukrainian stopped Dubois in their first fight two years ago before going on to record back-to-back wins over Tyson Fury last year.
Usyk is also an Olympic champion and became the undisputed cruiserweight world champion as a professional. But he has now split from the man who helped guide him to his success after Alex Krassyuk announced the two were going their separate ways.

"It’s been a tremendous journey — 12 years of unbelievable success," he wrote on social media. "Two young dreamers met each other to change the game. Back in 2013, I gave you my word — and I kept it. At the time, no one believed we were capable of achieving what we set out to do. But by the grace of God, we completed the mission impossible.
"A dream come true!!! Thank you for all we’ve gone through and for the honour to be the lifetime promoter of the Double Undisputed. May the Lord bless you and guide your next steps. Thanks God for everything."
There had been no indication a split was on the horizon when Usyk and Dubois came face to face. "I'm ready right now," he said at a press conference in April, while Krassyuk said fans would see "a version of Usyk that you have never seen before. No more controversies, no more question marks".
Dubois remains convinced he dropped Usyk in their first meeting but the referee ruled his shot a low blow. And he is determined to set the record straight at the national stadium.
"I can't wait to put him to sleep," said the 27-year-old. "I'm on fire now. I'm just pent up. I'm ready to go. It's going to be a bloodbath...in the ring on the night he'll be doing a funny dance when I hit him. We don't care about no body shots. We're going to knock him out on July 19."
