This Morning viewers were left feeling 'freaked out' when a woman started walking like a dog live on air. The ITV magazine show was back in its usual slot on Thursday morning when hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard introduced Alexia Kraft de la Saulx to the show, and she leapt onto the set on all fours.
According to the filmmaker, 28, who has already found fame on social media, her bizarre way of moving is how she 'connects' to nature as she leaps around permanently barefoot.
She explained: "I think it really just changed my life. I feel like when I was a little girl I used to live in the country and be super connected to nature, and when I was older, I was in the city.

"It depends on where you do it. When I do it on the ground, I have more of a dog-like [movement] but on the trees is different because you're on branches so it's a narrow path."
Alexia then explained that she has a group of friends who partake in the same way of "You get super strong, core wise. The grip strength as well, I couldn't do the pull up before quadrobics. After doing it for like months and months, I could do it three times my weight. That's just come about from doing that."
Things took an even more bizarre turn when Ben volunteered to give the walking a go himself, whilst Cat looked on from the sofa. Without removing his shoes, which Ben joked was 'good for everybody', he joined Alexia on the floor and was instructed to look up and take his glasses off.
At one point, the pair of them bounced across the studio floor and had to lower his bottom to manage his centre of gravity correctly. He said: "This, I feel, is massively engaging my core! I need a bit more work, but I do feel that the difference it makes to my muscles is clear."
But the odd segment did not go down necessarily well with viewers as they took to social media to slam the whole thing. One viewer wrote on X: "This is the sort of stuff that puts me off watching #ThisMorning stop being weird."

Another said: "Yeah, I remember seeing that dog walking woman over on Instagram and was totally freaked out by it." A third said: "This woman's dog walk is making me feel ill, it's like Play School meets The Exorcist!"
But the exercise did receive some support from certain viewers who admitted that they had actually tried it themselves.
One said: "I often go up the stairs on all fours," and another admitted: "I’ve actually tried this in my room and it does feel like you muscles is working. Probably keeps you fit. But I certainly wouldn’t do it in public like!"
Alexia has amassed nearly 100,000 followers on TikTok and notched up more than one million likes through her wild.soleil account, and previously explained that it had actually been a successful weight loss method for her.
She told The New York Post: "It’s definitely a full-body workout. I’ve actually lost a lot of weight since I started doing it, and I really see the definition in my body.
"I started getting a six-pack. Try [it] for five minutes and you will be out of breath!"
