Owning a house in Delhi has always seemed like a far-fetched dream for many due to skyrocketing real estate prices. But the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is now making that dream attainable. Under its new Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana 2025 (Phase 2), DDA is offering affordable flats starting at just ₹11.8 lakh, giving low and middle-income families a chance to own a home in the national capital.
About the SchemeThe Jan Sadharan Awas Yojana 2025 is primarily designed for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Lower Income Group (LIG) categories. Its main goal is to provide budget-friendly homes to those who live and work in Delhi but can’t afford to buy property due to high market rates. This isn’t a luxury housing plan but a practical, need-based initiative to support families struggling with rent expenses.
Price Range and Flat DetailsThe biggest highlight of this DDA housing scheme is affordability.
-
EWS flats start at just ₹11.8 lakh,
