Businessman Dinesh Mirania, a resident of Raipur, Chhattisgarh, lost his life. His wife Neta Mirania has described that horrific scene. She also said that by going there I destroyed my world. She told that my husband wanted to go to Vaishnodevi and then the children asked us to visit Kashmir, after which we planned to visit Pahalgam and Gulmarg.
Neha Mirania, while describing that horrific scene of 22 April, said that we had to go to Gulmarg after that. There was a half an hour's time. We should have left by one or one-thirty. We were discussing but it was already two o'clock. The girl is small so she wanted to do zip lining, some activity. While doing this, time passed and we got separated. The son was somewhere, the daughter and husband were at one place and I had to go to the washroom, so I went to the washroom. When I entered the washroom, I heard the sound of firing and then I came to know that there was a terrorist attack.

She told that when I came out, I did not know what was happening because we all see this in movies, read about it in the news. We did not want to become news. The attack had already happened and we were scattered. While going to the washroom, I had given my mobile and purse to my husband. I had nothing with me. The people there took me downstairs and ran away.
He told that people told him to leave. It has been some time since the attack so his family must have also gone down. He was not willing to go but people were leaving and he was scared too.
He said that on the way I called from other people's mobiles. Everyone was not getting network. When someone's phone got connected, I was able to talk to my son. My son told me that mummy I have come down and papa and Lakshita are upstairs. After this I angrily asked him how he came down leaving papa and Lakshita. He told me that mummy when the first shot was fired, it passed by me and its splashes fell on me, so the brother with the horse brought me down.
Daughter's clothes were stained with bloodNeha Mirania said that I met my daughter outside Pahalgam Hospital, where some injured people were brought. She had a small injury on her hand and her clothes were stained with blood. She told me that mummy and papa were shot. I was scared to hear this because my husband had a blood clot issue. He has to take medicine to thin his blood.
He told that we were going everywhere for help, but the government sent us to the club house. We went there, but then came back.
Local people helpedMirania said that the local people helped a lot and opened the closed shop in that situation and gave me a SIM and mobile. He also said that the hotel owner made my daughter sit and fed her. He gave me tea. Those people helped a lot.
He told that at half past eight some people came down and when I asked them, they said that one last group of people has come down and you can check them. I even asked them that what have you brought, is there a body in it or something else, if you tell me then I will understand, then they said that we cannot tell anything.
She told that after some time, I got a call from my son and he said mummy come once. My son called me and when I went there and saw, I was also unlucky. My husband's body was in front of me.
What is expected from the government? On the question of expectations from the government, she said that the government is doing it. Amit Shah ji came there (Pahalgam), he gave such a beautiful farewell to my husband, gave him a martyr-like farewell, so I hope that the government will give my husband the status of a martyr. I have lost whatever I had to lose.
