BBC Books have solved the conundrum - how do you fill in the long, winter nights before the next series of Death in Paradise next year?
The answer is a puzzle book, based on the hit show - and it's "immersive".
The release goes: "On the idyllic island of Saint Marie, there's been a murder. Do you have what it takes to solve the mystery?
"Welcome to the familiar world of Saint Marie, a beautiful island getaway and home to fan favourite crime series Death In Paradise.
"Fresh off the plane, you are the island's last hope of finding an answer to a bewildering crime that's puzzled detective inspectors for years."
BBC Books promises 150 "mind-bending puzzles" which "cast you among your favourite characters".
It continues: "Long-time fans and new viewers alike will have their sleuthing skills tested as they plunge into the world of one the UK's longest-running dramas.
"With artful clues, familiar faces and murderously good brain-teasers, it's a thrillingly good time."
The puzzle book is out on 7 November this year for £14.99.
The next series of Death in Paradise is expected in January 2025.
The show will also have a Christmas special in 2024.
Don Gilet, who has appeared in EastEnders, Doctor Who, and The Beekeeper, will take over as the lead detective, DI Mervin Wilson, in season 14.
He will make his debut in the 2024 Christmas special.
