Loose Women panellist Penny Lancaster shared a sweet snap of herself and her youngest son, who fans can't help but notice looks identical to his musician father, Rod Stewart. The famous family are currently living in Essex after making the big move from L.A, but that doesn't stop the 54-year-old TV star from making her way across the pond for a quick trip to California. Whilst on her travels, the mother of two took to Instagram to post a photo with her son, writing that it was a "special" occasion.
At 14 years old, followers couldn't quite believe how much their son Aiden is the spitting image of his hitmaker father and were quick to comment. The post was captioned: "Special night out with my youngest, Aiden, with our last few days in LA."
Just days before dining out in L.A., Lancaster posted another snap of her posing on a beach in Malibu, with a stunning sunset behind her. She said that it was an "amazing shoot today in Malibu" as she shared behind-the-scenes photos of her and the team behind the camera.
The pair were dressed up for the day, as Aiden wore an all-white outfit combo and his mother posed in black leather trousers, paired with a lacey top and studded black shoes - very rock 'n' roll. As much as we're used to seeing Lancaster on our screens, it's rare to catch a glimpse into her life with her children, and so it's been a while since we saw just how much her youngest son has grown up to look like his now 80-year-old father.
One fan commented: "What a lovely date! Aiden looks so grown up and so much like Dad!" While another person wrote: "I think, out of all the boys, Aiden looks the most like Rod!! What a cutie!!"
A comment read: "Your son is so handsome and looks like a younger version of his dad. You have raised 2 fine young men who obviously love their mom!"
Meanwhile, another fan shared: "Lovely young lad. I see a likeness to both you and Rod." While someone else simply wrote "little Rod".

This family update follows Lancaster's recent post, issuing a heartfelt tribute to a New York City Police Department officer, who lost his life in a tragic shooting. She took to her Instagram story last month to say: "Our hearts go out to those victims who lost their lives to a shooter in New York City, including an NYPD police officer."
The ex-model and TV host has been passionately volunteering in London as a special constable since 2021 and so held this incident close to her heart. Her tribute came after five people were killed in the shooting, including the 36-year-old New York City police officer Didarul Islam.
