Ryder Cup 2025 LIVE: Friday pairings announced, Rory McIlroy partners Tommy Fleetwood

Welcome to the Express' live blog of the 45th Ryder Cup. This year, the bi-annual golf competition is taking place on the notorious Bethpage Black course in New York. Luke Donald's Team Europe arrive in the States as the defending champions, but they haven't won a Ryder Cup on US soil since 2012. However, after romping to victory in Rome two years ago, Donald is looking to make history in what promises to be an intimidating atmosphere.

The likes of Rory McIlroy, Tommy Fleetwood and Jon Rahm will spearhead the European quest, but Keegan Bradley boasts a star-studded line-up of his own, which includes World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler, former Open Champion Xander Schauffele and big-hitting star Bryson DeChambeau. Donald and Bradley will unveil their Friday morning pairings at 9pm BST (4pm EDT).
