The Institute of Company Secretaries of India ( ICSI ) will announce the results of the Company Secretary (CS) professional and executive examinations for the June 2025 session tomorrow, August 25. Candidates can check their results on the official website of ICSI at icsi.edu
To view the results, candidates must log in using their 17-digit registration number. Along with the individual results, the pass percentage and names of toppers will also be published.
ICSI has clarified that no mark sheets will be issued online for the professional and executive programmes. However, after the declaration of results, the result-cum-marks statement for the professional programme will be dispatched to candidates at their registered addresses.
The CS executive examination for the June session was conducted from June 1 to 8, while the professional examination was held from June 1 to 10. To qualify, candidates are required to secure at least 40% marks in each paper and 50% marks in aggregate.
As per the December 2025 examination schedule, the CS professional and executive examinations will be conducted from December 22 to 29. Registration for the next session will open on August 26.
