Johnny Gaudreau Foundation gains new life with support from masters, BLK the Label

Out of personal tragedy has been born a remarkable legacy. Following the heartbreaking loss of NHL siblings Johnny Gaudreau and Matthew Gaudreau in a cycling accident last August, where grief gave way to action, all loved ones stepped forward in integrity to establish the Gaudreau Foundation. This movement, led by their devastatingly afflicted widows, provided hope through the attempted continuation of the passions on which the two blood relatives had thrived upon during their own time together, whilst recognizing the causes that mattered to them by this time. Since then, the foundation has begun to attract some meaningful support from sports institutions and brands that have furthered the cause of its mission statement.

Recently, the worlds of golf have helped support the cause with a charitable pool introduced during the prestigious Augusta Masters. Half of the $25 entry fee for the pool was directed toward the Gaudreau Foundation, symbolizing a powerful merging of two prominent sports for a heartfelt cause.




Meredith Gaudreau, Johnny's widow, quickly followed by the unveiling of a collaboration with lifestyle brand BLK The Label . Some of the proceeds of each sale go toward the foundation's cause; therefore, this partner transforms everyday items into beacons of positive change.
