Airtel users report network outage on X

As the outage persisted, several users have voiced their concern on the microblogging site X, formerly Twitter. One user wrote, “@airtelindia your mobile network is completely down in our area. Even though Airtel broadband is working fine, your complaint system is facing connection error. What kind of system is this? 🤦🏽.”

“Airtel network down across Karnataka since morning. No calls, no internet. Please fix this ASAP @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #AirtelDown #Karnataka #airtel,” another user noted.

A third user said: “Private sectors like Airtel has a very bad service, no response no accountability, @airtelindia , if you don’t get bill payment for one day you disconnect data, but when your service is down then you don’t get penalty, no network in my phone ( in IT capital of India) and not WiFi.”

“Forced digital detox, co-presented by Airtel 🤡” a fourth user joked.

Airtel has yet to share an official statement explaining the reason for the outage.
