NEW DELHI: An Indian Air Force helicopter on Monday made an emergency landing in Jamnagar , Gujarat . No casualties have been reported so far, the police informed.
"The IAF helicopter made an emergency landing due to some issues near Rangmati dam. No one was injured in the incident," Superintendent of Police Premsukh Delu said.
Local police reported that the helicopter carried out an emergency landing at approximately 11am on the outskirts of Changa village, near the Rangmati Dam, which is located around 22 kilometers from the Jamnagar Air Force Station.
Police informed reporters that IAF officials quickly arrived at the scene and launched their own investigation into the incident.
